Intensive test riding is a must. That's why there is the Test Station. 

Whether a bike suits you, is not only a question of optics or components or the geometry. It's a mixture of all of that and entirely your subjective riding experience in the complying surrounding. 
Excellent equipped Rohloff- and SON -test bikes are prepared for you. After arranging a date you can step on the pedals - and this, normally without waiting for too long. - Because - bargain hunters must pay for the test ride (and therefore are seldom guests). Real customers ride just as the fancy takes them - and the fee will be taken into account when purchasing a bike or a hub.
