Rigida/Ryde ANDRA40 559 with 36 holes arrived

Today we received the first shipment of the new Rigida/Ryde ANDRA 40 rims with 36 spoke holes. They came approximately 3 weeks earlier than expected.
The ordered rims are matt black powder coated and therefore designed for disc brake or drum brake use only. These rims fit perfectly together with Schmidt SON 28 klassik as well as the latest generation of SON 28 hub dynamos and the new Rohloff Speedhubs with 36 spoke holes - both introduced in autumn 2011.
This extreme rim is designed for heavy duty use, which means MTBing as well as touring and trekking. Those, who might think that the ANDRA 210 is too slim, will feel very comfortable with this wide model.
