The Bike-Station is based in Finland and complies with Finnish consumer law.
This means that shopping with your Online Bike Station is safe.
Pricing
Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the standard Finnish rate of 25.5%.
While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur.
Payment:
After placing your order, you'll receive our order confirmation by em@il. - Please check your trash box, if you can't see it in your "Inbox".
We'll check the availability of all your ordered goods.
After that we will send you an email with our invoice as PDF.
Please check it and if erverything is for your satisfaction you pay the open amount on our bank account.

Exchange of new items
Believe it or not - but we do make mistakes as well ;)
If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange.
- you have to contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
- Goods must be in original packaging.
- Goods must not be fitted or used.
Custom Bikes, Parts and Wheels
When we custom build wheels or a bicycle for you, it is built specifically for you, and to your exact specification. This means that we are not obliged to accept back custom built items for a refund or exchange.
Online dispute resolution according to Art. 14 (1) Regulation on consumer ODR: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolutions (ODR) which can be accessed under http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
